Promotional Discount Disclosure. This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space may include Rent pricing for the initial month-to month rental term that is subject to discounts, incentives, promotions, and/or other price reduction programs. There should be no expectation of such price reductions beyond the initial rental term, unless agreed upon in writing. Per the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement, Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Storage Space with Thirty (30) days advance written notice to Occupant.
