Security fence
Our facilities are fully enclosed with a security fence around the perimeter of the facility. This provides an extra layer of protection from the bad guys.
Well-lit premises
Exterior lighting is designed to illuminate the property and deter trespassing. Interior lighting is motion-activated and bright, so you’re never left in the dark.
Electronic gate code access
Once a rental agreement is signed, a unique gate code is assigned to each customer.
Secure, easy access
Just type in your code on one of our keypads and you can quickly and securely enter the facility through our automated gates. This security feature limits who can access the storage facility and allows us to review who has entered and exited the property if needed.
Many of our locations even offer a smartphone app, Storage Genie, which provides you hands-free access to the gate. Simply pull up to the keypad and the app transmits your gate code for you.
It doesn’t get much easier than that!
Police Patrol
We value our relationships with local law enforcement and provide each department with their own gate code to our facilities.
Periodic police patrols are one more way to increase the safety of our customers and their belongings.
