A select number of buildings at Summit Self Storage offer climate-controlled units – heat in colder temperatures, air conditioning in hotter weather.

Climate-controlled units are recommended for photos, paper documents, electronics, or any items that benefit from consistent temperature and, typically, lower humidity. While we do regulate temperature, we do not specifically regulate humidity.

Additionally, the comfortable temperature in our climate buildings makes accessing your belongings in hotter and colder months no problem at all.
